The product leaving the storage rooms is loaded on a weight sorting machine, where the fruit undergoes a first control by women employees to eliminate any fruit not up to standard.
The fruit is then brushed and separated by size, based on its weight.
Then it is carried by conveyors to the packaging line, where another operator carries out another check.
All the packages are marked "FRIULKIWI", a mark of guarantee of every stage in the process leading to the consumer's table.

The packaging normally used consist of:
- carton box of 6 kg in bulk;
- carton box of 10 kg in bulk;
- 3 kg carton with 1 layer.
